Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to complete safety training
  • Adherence to company policies and uniform standards
  • Availability to work full time
  • Commitment to upholding Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously

  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owners and guests requests for information or services
  • Make arrangements and identify appropriate providers for special services
  • Announce and permit access to authorized visitors and contractors
  • Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and requests
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve concerns
  • Assist with scheduling elevator use for move-ins and move-outs
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs and daily memos
