Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Ability to move, lift, transport, push, drag, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be available for full-time work at the Fort Lauderdale location

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' requests for visitor information, special services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide Residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including events and special activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc., to Residence owners before permitting access and allow entry only to authorized visitors while implementing key tracking system
- Respond, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact the appropriate person or department such as engineering, bell services, housekeeping as needed to resolve calls, requests, or issues
- Assist with reservation services for owners and coordinate elevator bookings for owners/tenants' entry and exit
- Support bell services and valet in vehicle retrieval upon owners' request
- Perform lobby ambassador duties by greeting and recognizing owners and guests according to company standards
- Review shift logs and daily memos and document pertinent information accurately
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
- Anticipate and fulfill service needs and assist persons with disabilities, demonstrating clear, professional communication and positive team collaboration
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts and handle light physical tasks up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
