- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Announce and permit access to authorized visitors and maintain key track system
- Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and elevator scheduling
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and document information in logbooks
- Report incidents and maintain safety standards
