Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Open availability including weekends and evening shifts
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally in both languages
- Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality
- No supervisory experience required
- No certification or license required

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners’ requests regarding visitor information, procedures, or special services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Ensure special requests from residence owners and guests with special needs are met and confirm satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide residents and guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including special events and activities
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before allowing access and permit entry only to authorized visitors
- Implement key tracking system accurately
- Log, process, and respond to all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate person or department such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping as necessary to resolve requests or problems
- Assist with reservation services for residence owners (HRS)
- Help reserve elevators for residence owner/tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Assist bell services/valet when owners request their vehicles
- Perform lobby ambassador duties
- Review shift logs and daily memorandums and document relevant information in logbooks
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and recognize all residence owners and guests in accordance with company standards
- Anticipate and attend to service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to others
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, in written materials, and on the telephone
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality and service standards
- Remain standing, sitting, or walking during long periods
- Move or handle objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable work duties as requested
- Uphold The Ritz-Carlton gold service standards with kindness and attentiveness daily
