- open availability including weekends and evening shifts

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent

Job Duties
- respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- coordinate services such as transportation reservations and dry cleaning
- announce and control access of visitors and contractors
- answer and process calls, messages, requests and questions
- contact appropriate departments to resolve issues
- assist with reservation services and elevator scheduling
- perform lobby ambassador tasks and document shift activities
