Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Completion of safety training and certifications
  • Ability to work full time at the Portland location

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for requests such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
  • Respond to special requests from Residence owners and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities including events and activities
  • Announce visitors and permit access only to authorized individuals, implementing the key track system
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments such as engineering, bell service, or housekeeping to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator use for move-in/out
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs and memos
  • Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge owners and guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
