Job Duties
- Respond to residence owner requests about visitor information, procedures, or special services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, either processing or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from residence owners and guests with special needs and verify their satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including events and special activities
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc., to residence owners before allowing them upstairs and permit access only to authorized visitors, implementing the key tracking system
- Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, inquiries, or concerns
- Contact appropriate persons or departments such as Engineer, Bell Services, or Housekeeping as necessary to resolve requests or issues
- Understand and assist with residence owner reservation services
- Help reserve elevators for entry and exit of residence owners or tenants
- Assist Bell Services and Valet when owners request their vehicles
- Perform duties as a Lobby Ambassador
- Review shift logs and daily memorandums and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to a manager and complete required safety training and certifications
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance, keep proprietary information confidential, and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge all residence owners and guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and show genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately and promptly, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support the team in achieving shared goals, listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods as needed
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
