Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners requests for visitor information and special services
- Announce and authorize access to visitors and contractors, ensuring security protocols
- Handle telephone calls, messages, requests, and concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve issues
- Assist with booking services and elevator scheduling for Residence owners and tenants
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties, welcoming and attending to guests professionally
- Maintain accurate shift logs and reports, report accidents and safety issues
