Job Duties
- Respond to residents inquiries about visitor information, process special services requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry
- Coordinate with appropriate service providers to fulfill residents special requests
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residents and authorize access only to approved individuals
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and questions professionally and direct them to relevant departments
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area including local events and activities
- Assist with booking services for residents including elevator and valet requests
- Perform lobby ambassador duties, document shift records, and report safety concerns to management
- Greet residents and guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and maintain confidentiality
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and perform light physical tasks as required
