Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Open availability for flexible shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Willingness to comply with safety training and company policies

Job Duties

  • Respond to residents inquiries about visitor information, process special services requests such as transportation, reservations, and laundry
  • Coordinate with appropriate service providers to fulfill residents special requests
  • Announce all visitors and contractors to residents and authorize access only to approved individuals
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and questions professionally and direct them to relevant departments
  • Provide information about the property and surrounding area including local events and activities
  • Assist with booking services for residents including elevator and valet requests
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties, document shift records, and report safety concerns to management
  • Greet residents and guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and maintain confidentiality
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and perform light physical tasks as required
