Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to resident requests for visitor information, special procedures, or services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, housekeeping, and valet to resolve resident calls, requests, or issues
  • Announce and allow access only to authorized visitors and contractors, maintaining key tracking system
  • Handle all calls, messages, inquiries, and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Act as a lobby ambassador greeting and assisting residents and guests according to company standards
  • Document shift records, daily memos, and safety incidents accurately
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality standards
