Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' requests regarding visitor information, procedures or special services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with special needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collect, summarize and provide Residence owners and guests with information about the property and surrounding area including events and special activities
- Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before allowing access and permit only authorized visitors, implementing key tracking system
- Respond to, log and process calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns and contact appropriate department to resolve issues
- Assist with service reservations for owners and help book elevator use for Residence owners/tenants
- Assist bell staff and valet services when owners request their vehicles
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties
- Review shift records and daily memos and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Report accidents, injuries and hazardous working conditions to a manager and complete safety training and certifications
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and recognize all Residence owners and guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and attend to service needs, assist persons with disabilities and express sincere appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents promptly and answer phones with appropriate etiquette
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and perform light physical tasks up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
- Adhere to Ritz-Carlton's highest service standards
