Job Requirements

 - At least one year of related work experience
 - Flexible schedule for weekend afternoon and weekday morning shifts
 - Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
 - Ability to move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owner requests regarding visitor information, procedures, or special services
 - Handle special requests from residents and guests with special needs and ensure satisfaction
 - Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area to owners and guests
 - Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before allowing access and monitor authorized visitor access
 - Respond, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
 - Coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve requests or issues
 - Assist with reservations services, elevator bookings, and valet vehicle services
 - Perform lobby ambassador duties and maintain accurate documentation and daily logs
 - Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions as required
 - Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
 - Greet and recognize all residence owners and guests according to company standards
 - Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
 - Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
 - Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
 - Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
 - Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
