Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owner requests regarding visitor information, procedures, or special services
  • Handle special requests from residents and guests with special needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area to owners and guests
  • Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before allowing access and monitor authorized visitor access
  • Respond, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve requests or issues
  • Assist with reservations services, elevator bookings, and valet vehicle services
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties and maintain accurate documentation and daily logs
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions as required
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
  • Greet and recognize all residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
