Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently
- Ability to assist with moving objects over 75 pounds
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to use computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies
- Must be able to communicate clearly and courteously
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be available to work part-time shifts at Tampa, Florida location

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners requests for visitor information, procedures or special services such as transportation, reservations and laundry
- Monitor closed circuit televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms and fire protection systems
- Close property entrances when required
- Serve as concierge and night preventive theft representative for Residences
- Maintain concierge area coverage assisting with concierge team breaks
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and verify guest satisfaction
- Answer, record and process all calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
- Contact appropriate person or department such as engineering, bellmen or housekeeping to resolve calls, requests or problems
- Review and document incidents in log books and report to next shift
- Remove undesirable persons from property without disrupting operations
- Respond to accident or vehicle theft scenes promptly
- Request assistance using proper response codes
- Perform lobby ambassador duties
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager or Residence director
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Assist in moving, lifting and transporting objects under 50 pounds independently and assist with items over 75 pounds
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Navigate various property terrains including narrow spaces, inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces
- Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and answer calls with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain alertness for appearance of undesirable individuals
- Perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
