Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must be able to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies
  • Must complete safety training and certifications
  • Ability to use telephone and written communication professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Strong communication skills with ability to speak and write clearly and professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of local area and property amenities preferred

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying providers
  • Respond to special requests from residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities including special events and activities
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to residence owners before permitting access and implement visitors into the key track system
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling elevator use for move-in/move-out
  • Assist with bell/valet services upon request
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks and welcome residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Review and document pertinent information in shift logs and daily memo books
  • Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions promptly
  • Comply with company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move and handle objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
  • Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
