Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum six months related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at the Bal Harbour location
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills

- Engage in hands-on tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Build and maintain rapport with residence owners
