Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum six months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and communication
- Willingness to perform hands-on duties and other reasonable job requests

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke residential experiences and services to owners in branded residences
- Coordinate and verify hotel departments support to meet owner needs
- Build rapport with owners and anticipate their needs proactively
- Maintain professional workplace by following company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards in service delivery
- Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and communications are professional
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
