Job Duties
- Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors and guests
- Open doors and assist Residence owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Assist Residence owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including transporting groceries, luggage, and packages
- Supply directions to Residence owners/guests/visitors when requested
- Assist in maintaining a clear drive on Residences entrance
- Direct moving and delivery personnel to loading dock
- Assist valet parking in movement of vehicles
- Communicate vehicle-related issues to Valet Lead and assist in resolution
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and work areas
- Polish luggage carts and maintain cart cleanliness
- Maintain clear passage into building and car drop off areas
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property
- Ensure clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests warmly
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Use clear and professional language
- Answer telephones with proper etiquette
- Develop positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Read and verify information accurately
- Move swiftly to respond to work situations
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds alone and heavier with assistance
- Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Reach overhead and below knees
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
