Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and heavier with assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to respond to work situations promptly and professionally
- Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
- Availability to work full-time onsite at The Ritz-Carlton Residences
- Ability to communicate clearly and use professional language

Job Duties
- Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors and guests
- Open doors and assist Residence owners, guests, visitors entering and leaving property
- Assist Residence owners, guests, visitors in and out of vehicles including transporting groceries, luggage and packages
- Supply Residence owners, guests, visitors with directions if requested
- Maintain clear drive on Residences entrance
- Direct moving and delivery personnel to loading dock
- Assist valet parking in movement of Residence owners and Guest vehicles
