Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, plus 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, plus 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • strong decision-making skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work full time
  • located on-site at Tampa Downtown
  • willing to attend ownership meetings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop operational strategies aligning with brand business goals
  • review guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvements
  • evaluate operations team performance and provide feedback
  • conduct public space and guest room inspections with relevant departments
  • engage with employees and guests to assess business needs
  • review financial reports to measure department performance
  • communicate departmental goals clearly to staff
