- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, plus 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
- or 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, plus 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong decision-making skills
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

- review guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvements
- evaluate operations team performance and provide feedback
- conduct public space and guest room inspections with relevant departments
- engage with employees and guests to assess business needs
- review financial reports to measure department performance
- communicate departmental goals clearly to staff
