Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through communication and training
- Manage lost-and-found items, key control, and access to secure areas, ensuring safety
- Maintain high standards of sanitation across all facilities and equipment
- Step in to support when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable
- Coordinate scheduling and task assignment for housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
