  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through communication and training
  • Manage lost-and-found items, key control, and access to secure areas, ensuring safety
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation across all facilities and equipment
  • Step in to support when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable
  • Coordinate scheduling and task assignment for housekeeping staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
