Job Qualifications

at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
proven leadership and team management skills
strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
excellent sales and customer service abilities
proficiency with hotel management software and systems
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
