Job Duties
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
- spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
- stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness
- replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint
- respond quickly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude
- exhibit great customer service skills
- ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe
- safeguard sensitive areas
- practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries
