Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms ensuring carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- respond promptly to guest requests with friendly and helpful service
- assist in setting up chairs, tables, and technical equipment for meetings and events
- handle lost-and-found items and maintain security in sensitive areas
- follow safe work habits to prevent injuries and maintain readiness
- support housekeeping team with behind-the-scenes cleaning tasks
