Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain impressive cleanliness
- ensure carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests delivering friendly service
- assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings and events by arranging chairs, tables, and technical equipment
- maintain safety by keeping sensitive areas secure and handling lost-and-found items responsibly
- follow safe work habits to prevent injuries and ensure readiness
