Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related field
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state if driving is property specific
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is required
- Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and event setups consistently
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is required

Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- Tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so they are impressively polished
- Ensure carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assist in setting up chairs, tables, and technical equipment for meetings and events
- Handle lost-and-found items professionally and maintain safety in sensitive areas
- Follow safe work habits to stay injury-free and maintain a secure environment
