Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a hotel or related field
  • Valid driver’s license for applicable state if driving is property specific
  • Acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is required
  • Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and event setups consistently
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
  • Tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so they are impressively polished
  • Ensure carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
  • Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Assist in setting up chairs, tables, and technical equipment for meetings and events
  • Handle lost-and-found items professionally and maintain safety in sensitive areas
  • Follow safe work habits to stay injury-free and maintain a secure environment
