Job Duties
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
- Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Make sure everything shines from carpets to furniture
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts ensuring efficiency and readiness
- Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing AC filters and touching up paint
- Respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Ensure guest and hotel property safety and respect
- Practice safe work habits to avoid injuries
