Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required

Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- excellent sales and customer service abilities
- proficiency with operational technology and reporting tools
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- boost revenue and control costs to maintain financial health
- develop and implement effective sales plans
- manage budgets and engage with major accounts to increase bookings
- utilize operational systems and reports to enhance decision-making
- ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
- lead, mentor, and build a cohesive team
