Job Requirements
- Open availability including weekends
- Willingness to work morning and evening shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservations and update guest information using hotel management software
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Resolve guest complaints and problems promptly and professionally
- Maintain front desk area organized and well-stocked
- Assist with billing and financial transactions as needed
