Job Requirements

  • open availability including weekends
  • willingness to work a mix of AM and PM shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • ability to work 20 hours per week
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality preferred
  • knowledge of hotel management software
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in computer applications

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
  • manage reservations using hotel management software
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • resolve guest complaints and issues quickly and effectively
  • maintain accurate records and financial transactions
  • ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable
