Job Requirements

  • Open availability including weekends
  • Available to work AM and PM shifts (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
  • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant software
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle reservations and update room availability in hotel management software
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
