Job Requirements
- Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- previous hotel management experience required in housekeeping and/or front office
- ability to read and interpret budgets and financial statements
- must be knowledgeable in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- previous experience with hotel PMS and time and attendance systems
- preference given to candidates with branded hotel experience (IHG, Marriott, Hilton)
- candidates must be willing to work a varied schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical requirements include standing and/or walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- highly developed computer skills

- ability to work independently and with diverse groups

Job Duties
- Interview, hire, train, and provide leadership to all associates
- conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
- ensure all hotel staff are trained on brand service standards and customer service programs
- empower hotel staff to deliver guest service through encouragement and rewards
- analyze financial and operational information to adjust business plans and labor requirements
- meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin goals
- ensure financial control procedures are followed
- produce accurate financial reports
- maintain guest service as the primary philosophy
- personally demonstrate commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs
- assist team leaders in meeting brand service and quality goals
- ensure compliance with brand standards and consistent delivery of guest service
- perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
