Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 11 PM to 7 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality
  • Proficiency with Windows operating system and office software
  • Ability to perform security rounds
  • Strong numerical and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Experience with night audit procedures a plus
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift
  • Handle check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Balance the books, finalize transactions, and complete the night audit
  • Conduct regular security walks to ensure property safety
  • Generate daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations
  • Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software to resolve issues
