Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
- Ability to direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or equivalents
- Exempt status with availability to work minimum 47.5 hours per work week
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment during management tasks
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with revenue management and cost control
Job Duties
- Supervise operating departments in absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
- Focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Develop and manage associates effectively
- Perform administrative, executive, and professional tasks
- Use discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
- Assist in enforcing policies and compliance with safety regulations
