Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
  • Ability to direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or equivalents
  • Exempt status with availability to work minimum 47.5 hours per work week
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using hotel management software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment during management tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel management or leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with revenue management and cost control

Job Duties

  • Supervise operating departments in absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • Develop and manage associates effectively
  • Perform administrative, executive, and professional tasks
  • Use discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
  • Assist in enforcing policies and compliance with safety regulations
