Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hotel front desk
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in related field preferred
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • handle reservations, VIP requests, and enhance guest experience
  • track logs, manage messages and packages, maintain operational efficiency
  • stay informed on room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue
  • build and lead a communicative team, train new associates, resolve guest and staff issues with confidence
  • ensure safety standards and hotel policies are upheld at all times
