Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in financial and operational management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience including Rooms or Food and Beverage
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certified or willing to obtain certifications in Food Handling, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to manage financial data proficiently
- Experience in employee recruitment and training
- Proficient with Windows Operating Systems
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to maintain efficient hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting employee development programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze financial information and data to support hotel operations and decision making
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management tasks and reporting
- Uphold company standards for professional appearance and grooming
- Deliver exceptional hospitality focused on guest and team satisfaction
