Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competency in financial and operational management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience including Rooms or Food and Beverage
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Certified or willing to obtain certifications in Food Handling, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to manage financial data proficiently
  • Experience in employee recruitment and training
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to maintain efficient hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting employee development programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze financial information and data to support hotel operations and decision making
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management tasks and reporting
  • Uphold company standards for professional appearance and grooming
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality focused on guest and team satisfaction
