- Provide prompt and friendly personal and building assistance to residents and guests
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting residence owners and guests
- Offer current information about local area, attractions, and events
- Assist with questions and provide recommendations and directions to restaurants and attractions
- Manage daily activities related to concierge responsibilities
- Maintain proficiency in company systems and communication tools
- Ensure resident satisfaction through attentive service
