- Must be 21+ years old
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Ability to maintain mission readiness and adapt to sudden schedule changes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver exemplary customer service under pressure

Job Duties
- Maintain readiness during on-call periods to report within a strict time window
- Seamlessly integrate into crew configurations and execute safety protocols across aircraft types
- Deliver Delta's high service standards including complex meal service and empathetic passenger care
- Adapt to sudden itinerary changes and operational irregularities with a positive attitude
- Participate in an intensive flight attendant training program
- Utilize standby travel benefits during non-working days
- Collaborate closely with crew scheduling to manage assignments and availability
