Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the us
  • possess a valid passport
  • have a high school diploma or ged
  • live within a 2-3 hour commuting distance of o'hare international airport
  • ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • be available on-call 24/7 during reserve periods

Job Duties

  • cover flights at short notice due to schedule changes or crew needs
  • perform all standard safety duties
  • deliver exceptional passenger service
  • maintain passenger comfort and safety throughout flights
  • adapt to varying shift assignments including day, night, and weekends
  • participate in an 8.5-week paid training program
  • comply with airline policies and regulatory requirements
