Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- legally authorized to work in the us
- possess a valid passport
- have a high school diploma or ged
- live within a 2-3 hour commuting distance of o'hare international airport
- ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- be available on-call 24/7 during reserve periods

Job Duties
- cover flights at short notice due to schedule changes or crew needs
- perform all standard safety duties
- deliver exceptional passenger service
- maintain passenger comfort and safety throughout flights
- adapt to varying shift assignments including day, night, and weekends
- participate in an 8.5-week paid training program
- comply with airline policies and regulatory requirements
