Job Requirements
- must be at least 21
- legally authorized to work in the us
- possess a valid passport
- high school diploma or GED
- live within 2-3 hour commuting distance of O'Hare International Airport
- available on-call 24/7 during reserve blocks
- successfully complete 8.5-week paid training

Job Duties
- covering flights at short notice due to scheduling changes or crew needs
- performing all standard safety and service duties
- ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for passengers
- remaining flexible and on-call 24/7 during reserve blocks
- attending an 8.5-week paid training program
- adapting to day shift, night shift, and weekend assignments
- responding to calls for 4-day trips or single-day turns
