- legally authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- have a high school diploma or GED
- live within 2-3 hour commuting distance of O'Hare International Airport
- be available on-call 24/7 during reserve blocks
- complete 8.5 weeks paid training in Fort Worth, TX

Job Duties
- Cover flights at short notice due to scheduling changes or crew needs
- perform all standard safety duties
- perform all standard service duties
- ensure a safe journey for passengers
- ensure a comfortable journey for passengers
- report for duty on short notice
- attend training sessions
