Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be willing and able to relocate or reside within a 2-hour driving radius of Irving, TX
- Possess absolute flexibility for working nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips on short notice
- Ability to complete a 6-week intensive flight attendant training program
- Must be able to maintain mission readiness and rapid deployment capability without delay
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of intensive flight attendant training program
- Strong knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments and schedules
Job Duties
- Maintain mission readiness and be available for rapid deployment during on-call periods
- Adapt quickly to new crew configurations and comply with safety protocols across various aircraft models
- Deliver Delta's high standard of customer service, including complex meal service
- Manage schedule variability including short-notice trips, extended layovers, and irregular operations
- Collaborate effectively with flight crew to ensure in-flight safety and passenger comfort
- Participate in initial and ongoing training programs to maintain certification and skills
- Uphold professionalism and positive attitude under changing operational conditions
