Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- have a High School Diploma or GED
- live within 2-3 hour commuting distance of O'Hare International Airport (ORD)
- be available for 24/7 on-call reserve shifts
- willing to attend 8.5-week paid training in Fort Worth, TX

Job Duties
- Cover flights on short notice due to scheduling changes or crew needs
- perform all standard safety and service duties
- ensure a safe and comfortable journey for passengers
- assist passengers with needs and inquiries
- conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety regulations
- manage in-flight service delivery
- respond to emergencies and unexpected situations
