Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- must hold a high school diploma or GED
- absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- must reside within or be willing to relocate within a two-hour driving radius of Miami Gardens base airport
- ability to pass an intensive 6-week initial flight attendant training program

Job Duties
- Maintain a state of mission readiness during on-call periods
- report to the airport within two-to-three-hour windows when contacted
- seamlessly integrate into various crew configurations
- ensure total compliance with safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- deliver Delta's standard of hospitality including complex meal services
- provide empathetic care to passengers
- handle sudden itinerary changes and extended layovers with professionalism
