Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips on short notice
- Reside within or willing to relocate within a two-hour driving radius of Peoria, AZ
- Ability to pass a 6-week initial training program
- Flexibility and readiness to respond to irregular flight assignments
- Comply with all federal aviation safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Knowledge of safety protocols for various aircraft types
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and situations

Job Duties
- Maintain a state of mission readiness during on-call periods
- Report to the airport within a strict two-to-three-hour window when contacted
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols for multiple aircraft types including Airbus A320, A350, Boeing 737, and 767
- Deliver Delta's standard of hospitality and execute complex meal services
- Seamlessly integrate into newly formed crew configurations
- Handle sudden itinerary changes, extended layovers, and irregular operations with professionalism
- Provide empathetic care to passengers ensuring a welcoming and safe environment
