Job Duties
- handle incoming calls from clients to assist with quoting and booking transportation
- manage daily inflow of emailed reservation and quote requests
- monitor online transportation bookings and quotes
- enter all reservations and quotes correctly and promptly
- maintain discretion and protect client confidentiality
- provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- multitask and solve problems efficiently
