Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or business
  • Two to three years previous experience in reservations as a manager or an assistant manager
  • Knowledge of the Opera system is preferable
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts
  • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
  • Flexible schedule
  • On site position in Denver with occasional travel to Nashville

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferably in hotel, restaurant management, or business
  • Two to three years previous experience in reservations management or assistant management
  • Knowledge of the Opera reservation system preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversees the Reservations department for Denver and Nashville including room, spa, and dining reservations
  • Selects, trains, evaluates, leads, motivates, and coaches employees in the Reservations department
  • Ensures established cultural and core standards are met within the team
  • Maintains effective communication with guests and internal departments
  • Manages scheduling including morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Coordinates with Nashville location as needed including some travel
  • Implements operational strategies to enhance guest reservation experiences
