Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel property management systems
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Leadership and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department
  • Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue
  • Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues
  • Train and supervise reservations staff, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experiences and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to increase reservation conversions and upsell opportunities
