Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- One to two years previous experience as a receptionist or in a related position
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask on several assignments at once
- Ability to anticipate guests needs and go above and beyond when needed
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other systems associated with the position

Job Duties
- Capture sales from incoming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation
- Complete internal reservation forms and reports ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of bookings
- Respond to general reservation emails and Four Seasons Messenger, process guest requests
- Process WRO and internal reservations ensuring all booking requirements are met
- Call to confirm or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations and clear waitlisted reservations
- Run reports to check special requests, hard block rooms as necessary, inform manager of VIP and special attention guests
- Assist CIS Leader in obtaining arrival times for VIPs or special attention guests
