Job Requirements

  • Must be flexible with their schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
  • Comfortable safeguarding confidential information
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that is friendly and helpful in disposition
  • Valid work authorization for the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in front office, concierge or reservations
  • Strong guest service experience
  • Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Duties

  • Answering and directing phone calls courteously and professionally
  • Responding to pages, radio requests, and faxes
  • Assisting with selling the hotel and promoting its unique features
  • Coordinating reservation details accurately
  • Providing information and assessing guest needs efficiently
  • Offering personal recommendations and thoughtful touches to enhance guest experience
  • Maintaining compliance with Four Seasons policies and standards
