Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Prior reservations or front office experience preferred
- Ability to handle high volume incoming calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High computer literacy
- Work authorization in the United States required

Job Duties
- Capture sales from incoming reservation calls and coordinate reservation details
- Complete internal reservation forms accurately
- Run daily reports for departments including Sales & Marketing and General Management
- Respond to reservation emails and process brochure requests
- Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policies
- Process various types of reservations such as WRO, Trust, Internal, and FIT
- Confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations and clear waitlisted bookings
- Monitor and manage front desk reservations and resolve recurring issues
- Contact guests or travel planners to clarify preferences before arrival
- Process employee comp and friends & family requests with supervisory guidance
- Answer incoming PBX calls efficiently using guest names
- Accept and deliver wake up calls, messages, and faxes on time
- Comply with sales and marketing standards
- Respond to emergencies as per crisis management plan
- Assist with guest inquiries and manage high call volumes
- Support the development of sales presentation materials
- Help coordinate group rooming lists and introduction letters
